Working as an Assistant Professor and Coordinator of MBA Program, Department of Business Administration. He has completed his MBA in Management from Islami University Kushtia, Bangladesh. He is doing his PhD from the same university.

His area of interest in teaching is Human Resource Management, Management, Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management, Research Methodology, Project Managemtn, International Business, Human Resource Planning and Development, Industrial Relations ete.

In national and international referred journal, 06 of his articles already published.
